At YVEAH, we take great care in preparing and delivering your order. Please find below all relevant information regarding processing, shipping times, and duties.
Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
All orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) from Monday to Friday are typically processed the same business day, provided that all required payment and security checks are successfully completed.
In some cases, additional security verification may be required. If so, processing may take several additional business days or until the requested information is provided.
Shipping Time & Carriers
All orders are shipped from Montréal, Canada.
Depending on your delivery destination, orders are shipped via UPS, Canada Post, or Canpar.
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and are as follows:

Customs, Delays & Tracking
International deliveries may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which are outside of our control and may occasionally result in delays. While YVEAH cannot influence the duration of customs processing, we work closely with our carriers to ensure the smoothest delivery possible.
In the rare event that customs duties, taxes, or import fees are applied upon delivery, YVEAH will cover these charges. Should you be requested to pay any additional fees, please contact us with a copy of the receipt so we can assist you promptly.
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided. We kindly ask customers to monitor their tracking information and notify us of any delivery issues within 7 days of the shipping date, so we can investigate with the carrier and offer appropriate support.

Taxes & Duties
All prices displayed on our website do not include import duties, customs fees, or local taxes, unless otherwise stated.
As the recipient, you are responsible for any duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by your country upon delivery. These charges must be paid in order for your order to be released by customs.
If an order is returned to us due to unpaid duties or refused delivery, original shipping costs and a return handling fee of 20% or the full shipping amount (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your refund.
