Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

How to Start a Return

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return your original purchase. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
